In the light of the transitional changes at Triangle Foundation and my position of being the Interim Executive Director through next September, here in my blog you will be able to track my personal thoughts, perspectives and areas of learning. The transitional time at Triangle need s a certain kind sensitivity, vision and care to tend to all of the individuals going through the changes which includes the staff, interns, the board of trustees, volunteers and the broader community. I see the process of going through the transitional year as “tending” just as I do and my family members do to oversee my garden or my family’s apple orchard with care, a watchful eye, damage control, good pruning, a healthy dose of fertilizer, all in hope for a high crop yield at the end of the season and healthy years to come.
